Sync Bookmark with Floccus

Basically, bookmarks are nothing special that you need to hide. Nevertheless, perhaps not everyone needs to know where you shop or what your media preferences are. It is therefore also important to find a suitable system for syncing bookmarks.

Floccus

Floccus is opensource and offers read character matching as an add-on for all common browsers. You can choose whether to use Nextcloud, Webdav or Git as the storage location, for example. In my case, it is Webdav via a small NAS that is located in my hallway.

There is also a practical app on the smartphone that starts the bookmarks via the respective browser. To my great delight, there is also a version via Fdroid. An add-on for Firefox Mobile (or Fennec) would be great, but maybe this will come.
