About this page

After more than 15 years on the Mac, I returned to Linux. The main reason for this was the desire to get more involved with computers again (as a hobby) and, above all, to understand what was happening there. I also increasingly missed the freedom to design my system the way I like it. Since the world, the internet and therefore Linux have changed a lot in the last 15 years, this site accompanies my search and the change in my private IT life.

Current hardware:

My daily driver is a TUXEDO Pulse 14 - Gen3 laptop running Fedora 40.

For tinkering I use a MNT Pocket Reform powered by Debian Unstable.
